According to the Kremlin press service, the strategy prepared by the Ministry of Construction is aimed at “improving the comfort and affordability of housing”, as well as improving the quality of the urban environment, technological development of the construction industry and the housing and communal services system, increasing energy efficiency and environmental friendliness of housing and utility systems.

Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin, head of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and head of the Ministry of Construction Irek Fayzullin will make keynote speeches.

As Irek Fayzullin said earlier, it takes up to 4.6 trillion rubles to put the utility networks in order in Russia.
