Miroshnik stated this in his official Telegram channel. 

“Today, strikes were carried out in the area of ​​the Lisichansk Oil Refinery, where rather large concentrations of manpower and equipment of Ukrainian formations were pulled together.

According to reports from the scene, the Ukrainian formations are severely disorganized and are not in the best psychological state,” the report says.

Among the cities on the outskirts of Lisichansk, in which hostilities are now taking place, the diplomat named Nikolaevka, Novoivanovka, Mirnaya Dolina and Belaya Gora.

On June 20, LPR Ambassador to Russia Rodion Miroshnik said on the air of Soloviev LIVE that up to 7,000 Ukrainian soldiers were stationed in Lisichansk.
