Police officer and former professional boxer, Antoine Villedieu, 32, was elected Sunday deputy for Haute-Saône with 54.5% of the vote against the outgoing Renaissance deputy, Barbara Bessot-Ballot (45.5%).
Born March 8, 1989 in Lure (Haute-Saône), Antoine Villedieu is the grandson of the socialist mayor of the town of Roye (Haute-Saône).
A former professional boxer, “Nino”, as he was nicknamed then, practiced English boxing and MMA, a discipline in which he was twice world champion.

After hanging up the gloves, this childless bachelor, holder of a real estate BTS, chose to pursue a career as a police officer.
He is currently a police officer in Besançon and national spokesperson for the Independent Professional Federation of the Police (FPIP), a union close to the far right.
Antoine Villedieu was elected municipal councilor in Vesoul on March 15, 2020 on the list of Alain Chrétien (Horizons).
But installed on May 23, he resigned six days later.
He has been the departmental delegate of the National Rally since May 2020.
