The giant pandas "Xiaoxiao" and "Lei Lei", who live in the Ueno Zoo in Tokyo, Japan, are about to celebrate their first birthdays on June 23. The park held a birthday celebration for them on the 20th.

  In June 2021, the female giant panda "Zhenzhen" living in Ueno Zoo gave birth to a pair of twin cubs. The male cub was named "Xiaoxiao" and the female cub was named "Leilei".
