The presidential coalition retains four out of five constituencies in Vendée on Sunday, losing a seat to the mayor of Les Herbiers, close to Philippe de Villiers.

Véronique Besse (various right) was elected with 59.69% of the vote in the fourth constituency, facing outgoing MP Martine Leguille-Balloy (Ensemble-Renaissance).

She thus resumes the seat she had occupied in the National Assembly between 2005 and 2017. In the third constituency, that of Sables d'Olonne and Noirmoutier, the outgoing deputy of the presidential coalition, Stéphane Bouchou, collects 61.48 % of the vote, largely beating the RN candidate, Corinne Fillet (38.52%).

Philippe Latombe returns for a second term

Same dynamic in the fifth constituency, where Pierre Henriet (Ensemble!-Renaissance, 60.94%) wins over the RN candidate, Isabelle Magnin (39.06%).

The gap is a little tighter with the candidates of Nupes, in tie in the first and second constituencies.

In that of La-Roche-sur-Yon and Essarts, the outgoing deputy, Philippe Latombe, returns for a second term, gathering 56.74% against the candidate invested by EELV, Lucie Etonno (43.26%).

Also re-elected in the constituency of La-Roche-sur-Yon and Chantonnay, Béatrice Bellamy (Together!, 58.42%) wins over the LFI candidate, Nicolas Helary.
