WHO says more than 2,100 cases of monkeypox have been recorded worldwide

“As of June 15, there are a total of 2,103 laboratory-confirmed cases and one probable case, including one death,” TASS said in a statement.

The WHO added that cases have been identified in five WHO regions.

Earlier, Hans Kluge, WHO Regional Director for Europe, said that Europe continues to be the epicenter of the monkeypox outbreak.
