The Arlanda chaos with hour-long queues for check-in and, above all, security checks has now lasted for weeks, and this has meant that travelers arrive at the airport earlier and earlier, which has contributed to the chaos.
Therefore, Swedavia introduced the night before Saturday that you do not enter the terminal if you have more than three hours to your departure.

- We have seen short queues, at most up to half an hour, for the security checks.
Then it dropped to ten minutes, says Peter Wärring, press officer at Swedavia.
- Travelers have really obeyed not to arrive earlier than three hours before.
Early in the morning, between four and five, however, there were slightly longer queues for check-in and baggage claim.
- But it looks very good and we are grateful to the travelers, says Peter Wärring.
