[Explanation] On June 17, Beirut local time, the 20th batch of Chinese peacekeeping troops to Lebanon, at the invitation of the local government community development center, sent medical staff to Zibqin in southern Lebanon to carry out free clinics and donations to alleviate the problem. Local villagers have difficulty seeking medical treatment.

  [Explanation] The village of Ribuken Town is located in southern Lebanon. It used to be the front line of many years of war. The medical conditions are very weak, and the people have long faced the problem of difficult to see a doctor.

I heard that doctors from the Chinese peacekeeping force came to the clinic for free, and local villagers lined up in long queues.

  In this free clinic, we dispatched internal medicine, surgery, stomatologists and nurses, bringing a variety of instruments and donated medicines to provide free physical examinations and medical treatment to the elderly, women and children in local villages.

In addition to free clinics and donations of medicines, Chinese doctors patiently explained the use of medicines and precautions to local clinic doctors, and trained medical staff in the clinics during the free clinics, imparting medical knowledge to them, laying a solid foundation for the normalization of medical services in village clinics.   [Explanation] On the day of the free clinic activity, more than 80 local villagers were received and more than 60 kinds of drugs were distributed.

  Through this free clinic, the problem of difficult and expensive medical treatment for the local people has been partially alleviated, the local people's understanding of Chinese military doctors has been strengthened, and our friendship with the Lebanese people has been deepened.

  [Explanation] It is understood that this is the 10th time that the 20th batch of Chinese peacekeeping troops to Lebanon has donated medical supplies to Lebanese villages and towns, with a cumulative donation of more than 200,000 yuan in medicines.

It can greatly alleviate the current shortage of medical supplies in the local area.

  [Explanation] Since its deployment in August 2021, the 20th batch of Chinese peacekeeping troops to Lebanon has been actively carrying out humanitarian assistance to the local people in various ways such as free clinics and donations while successfully carrying out various peacekeeping missions.
