Before the start of the meeting, the wind power opponents mounted a three meter high model of a wind turbine in front of the audience and initially the hall was filled with a loud noise that would resemble the sound of a wind turbine.

- It is completely absurd that they, at a meeting arranged by the municipality, are allowed to take their place with their propaganda.

Had this been a serious meeting, someone from the Swedish Energy Agency, for example, would have been invited to give perspective on the issue.

So when this man (Björn Lagerman from the association Motvind Norrmogen, editor's note) stands up there and is going to give some kind of lecture, then I lost the concept completely, says Fredrik Skog (V) the day after the meeting.

The mayor: "Went a little fast"

Skinnskatteberg's municipal manager, Annelie Johansson, is self-critical the day after the wind power model was installed inside the premises.

- We talked about it afterwards that it went a little fast there, we could have said that they had to put it outside.

This was a meeting for the municipality to take in opinions, not to propagate.

Did the meeting become neutral?

- Yes, based on the fact that everyone got to say their opinions.

"I was pissed off"

Representatives from all six parties in the council were present, but the moderate Bo Öberg chose to storm out a bit into the meeting.

- Yes, I was outraged at Fredrik Skog's rudeness.

I sat next to him during the meeting when he sat and whispered foil hats about people, so in the end I could not stand it, he says the next day.

What do you say about Skog's critique?

- I am on the other side, so to speak, against wind power, but I think the wind power model was very important, it shows the proportions, what it would look like in reality.

A three meter high, flashing model of a wind turbine was allowed to stand in front of the audience during the entire municipality's wind power meeting, deployed by the association Motvind Norrmogen.

Propaganda was considered by the Left Party.
