The spokesperson also welcomed the calls of the Congolese government to fight against the stigmatization of Rwandophones in the country and assured that as a member of the Community of East African States, Rwanda is ready to play a role. role in the regional force which Uhuru Kenyatta, the Kenyan President, has called for in order to restore peace in eastern DRC.
