On June 16, Kuqa City, Xinjiang held the first series of Qiuci Culture and Art Festival activities. More than a thousand vehicles went to Duku for a "one-day tour of four seasons, ten miles of different days".
The Du (Shanzi) Kuqa (Car) Highway, that is, the Dushanzi to Kuqa section of National Highway 217, starts from Dushanzi District of Karamay City in the north, runs through the north and south of Tianshan Mountains, and connects to Kuqa City in Aksu Prefecture at the south end, with a total length of 561 kilometers.
Due to the special terrain and climate, this Tianshan Tianlu, which connects the northern and southern Xinjiang and "must walk once in a lifetime", is known as the most beautiful and most dangerous landscape road in China.
It is only open for 4 months a year, and the best months are July and August. If you miss it, you can only wait another year.
