440 of the Criminal Code of the LPR (genocide),” the department said in a Telegram message.

Krasny Luch Mayor Sergei Rybalchenko said 20 people were injured in the shelling. 

Earlier, the LPR Ambassador to Russia, Rodion Miroshnik, announced the shelling of the Red Beam by the Ukrainian military from Tochka-U.
