Yang Kailian, male, born in October 1956, from Xuwen County, Guangdong Province, former member of the party group and deputy general manager (director-level) of Hainan Tobacco Company, fled in 1999.
In January 2001, the Haikou City People's Procuratorate filed a case against him on suspicion of a huge amount of property of unknown origin; in February 2018, due to the reform of the national supervision system, the case was transferred to the Haikou Municipal Supervision Commission for handling.
