“On June 11, in Odessa, specialists from the 83rd Center for Information and Psychological Operations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine conducted a staged filming of the results of an attack on a medical facility (Staroportofrankovskaya St., 46A), allegedly inflicted by the Russian Armed Forces,” he said.
About ten people took part in it as actors, including children dressed in hospital pajamas and civilian clothes with traces of blood, Mizintsev added.
“The area where the provocation was being prepared was cordoned off in advance by the police and the Security Service of Ukraine to prevent civilians and the possibility of them shooting on mobile phones,” the defense control center stressed.
As noted in the Russian Defense Ministry, a network of foreign specialists is currently working in Ukraine, who are preparing anti-Russian provocations.
