The private group of Ehpad Orpea was condemned Thursday for negligence on an invalid elderly person, who died after being hospitalized for an unexplained double fracture of the femurs, indicated Thursday the court of Nanterre, requested by AFP.

The court recalled "the legal obligation of nursing homes to ensure the dignity, integrity and safety of people holding residence contracts and the principle of their responsibility", according to a press release.
