China News Service, Guangzhou, June 15th (Sun Qiuxia, Huang Li, Li Juexin) The first first general meeting of the Guangdong Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Property and Facility Management Federation (referred to as "the Federation") was held in Guangzhou on the 15th , the meeting was conducted in an "online + offline" manner. More than 120 people from Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao attended the meeting. The convening of the meeting marked the official establishment of the federation.

  The federation is the first non-profit social organization legal person formed voluntarily by enterprises, groups and individuals in the urban public service and facility management industries in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, with private enterprises and private economic personnel as the main body.

At the meeting, Xu Jianhua, a member of the Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, was elected as the chairman of the federation.

  Xu Jianhua pointed out that in the next five years, the Federation will focus on promoting exchanges, cooperation and in-depth integration of industries related to property and facility management in the Greater Bay Area, connecting related industries in the Mainland, Hong Kong and Macau, unifying the standards in the fields of public services and facilities construction in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau, and promoting talents. Mutual recognition of qualifications and professional qualifications; build a communication platform between the mainland and Hong Kong and Macao, attract more professionals from Hong Kong and Macao to work and start businesses in the mainland, and provide suggestions for improving relevant policies and regulations.

  Xie Weiquan, Chairman of the Hong Kong Property Management Industry Authority and the founding chairman of the Federation, said in his online speech that the establishment of the Federation will help rationalize the public service and facility management systems of cities in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, and promote comprehensive exchanges and in-depth cooperation. The integration of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao resources, innovative development thinking and other aspects will make great achievements.

  Xie Sixun, president of the Macau Property Management Chamber of Commerce and founding president of the federation, said in his online speech that the establishment of the federation responds to the "Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Development Plan" and will surely promote the deep integration of the economy, society and culture in the Greater Bay Area , to promote exchanges and innovations in the property and facility management industry.

  Feng Sunlight, a member of the party group and full-time vice chairman of the Guangdong Federation of Industry and Commerce, said at the meeting that the federation should highlight its economic functions, stimulate the vitality of the industry, serve the high-quality development of private enterprises, build a service platform, and promote the deep integration of the property management industry in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao. The transformation and upgrading of property management companies will promote the convergence of rules and build a platform for Hong Kong and Macau property management companies and talents to go to the mainland.
