The police in Linköping wanted to check the men who came riding on the E4 north outside Linköping because the car they were riding in was flagged in the reconnaissance register.
But the men refused to stop and a car chase began.
At the exit to Norsholm, the suspects throw out a bag containing a little more than seven kilos of hashish and then turn off the E4.
In Gistad, everything is over when the police patrol makes a so-called sheet metal stop and arrests the men.
The 19-year-old is also charged with a weapon crime after the police found an electric shock pistol during a house search in his home.
The accused men are residents of municipalities north of Stockholm and deny crime.
