The Mossos d'Esquadra arrested a 61-year-old doctor in a Tortosa office for the crimes of sexual abuse and disclosure of secrets after a patient surprised him by recording his genitals with a mobile phone.
The victim explained to the agents that she went to the office to undergo a company medical check-up, along with other co-workers.
During the course of the examination, she realized that the doctor was touching her genital area and had her mobile terminal with the camera working, focusing on her private parts.
For this reason, the patient made what he was doing ugly and took the doctor's mobile phone to later hand it over to the Mossos.
Agents launched an investigation by examining two of the doctor's mobile phones and a computer to see if he filmed other patients.
After testifying at the police station, the suspect was released and will be summoned by the court to answer for this double accusation.
