“Now talking about these results is a thankless task, because relations are now actually at the zero point.

There is no Russian-American dialogue as such,” the spokesman said.

Earlier, Russian Ambassador to the United States Anatoly Antonov, during a reception at the Russian mission in Washington on the occasion of Russia Day, said that bilateral relations between the country and the United States had reached an impasse.
