Person found dead outside in Uddevalla - investigated as suspected murder

The place where the person was found, in a residential area in central Uddevalla, has been cordoned off for forensic investigation.

Residents in the area will be questioned, the police write on their website.

- There is uncertainty about this death, and that means that we will investigate it as a suspected murder, says Anna Göransson, press spokesperson at Police Region West.

Otherwise, the police are very secretive about the incident, and currently do not want to give any details about the deceased person.
