According to Mizintsev, on June 15, Russia provided a humanitarian corridor in a northerly direction to the city of Svatovo of the LPR for the evacuation of civilians from the territory of the Azot chemical plant in Severodonetsk.

“Despite the unprecedented measures taken by the Russian Federation, the Kyiv authorities cynically disrupted the humanitarian operation,” the ministry said.

It is noted that the means of objective control, including drones, recorded numerous violations of the ceasefire.

“The militants used the humanitarian pause to regroup to more advantageous positions and restore combat capability, hiding behind civilians as a “human shield,” the Defense Ministry said.

Earlier, the head of the garrison service of the 2nd Army Corps of the People's Militia of the Lugansk People's Republic, Oleksandr Nikishin, announced that the Ukrainian military had disrupted the work of the humanitarian corridor from the Azot plant.
