- It was she who kept it.

It was with her that I talked about technical things, says Rolf Johnsson, who according to the municipality's documents was responsible for control of the major renovation.

After Aftonbladet's revelation about black payments in connection with the house renovation, Cecilia Bladh in Zito has refused to answer questions from the media.

On Tuesday evening, she went out with a press release where she wrote, among other things:

“It is true that as a developer I was responsible for the renovation of the house that I and my then husband owned.

However, for a number of reasons, I have not had the opportunity to run the renovation project myself.

The task has instead been on my ex-husband who did this together with the construction manager ".

Extensive renovation

But that is not true according to the people who were responsible for control of various construction projects in the house.

According to documents at the real estate office, Rolf Johnsson was appointed head of control in 2015. When SVT Nyheter Skåne gets hold of him, he remembers the assignment.

It was an extensive renovation with a new kitchen, new windows and masonry.

- It was not possible to live there when they did at the house, Rolf Johnsson remembers.

As control manager, he had talks with Cecilia Bladh in Zito about drawings and construction plans being followed.

- It was she who kept it.

He did not speak Swedish.

It was with her that I talked about technical stuff, says Rolf Johnsson.

Replacing construction company

He remembers that during the project, the couple replaced the construction company that started the work with other craftsmen.

Rolf Johnsson had no insight into how the construction workers were paid.

Whether it was black or white.

Alf Svensson was responsible for control in 2016 when the couple was to build a smaller house on the site.

- My picture is that both were equally involved in the construction, says Alf Svensson.

Nor does he have any knowledge of whether it was about white or black money.

SVT Nyheter Skåne has contacted Cecilia Bladh in Zito by phone and email for a comment, but she has not responded.
