The climate activist Luisa Neubauer caused irritation on Instagram with an allusion to a book.

According to media reports, the 26-year-old can be seen in a video speaking in English about a conference in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Then she speaks a sentence that cannot be heard in full.

The video is subtitled in English: "And of course we're thinking about how to blow up a pipeline (the biggest crude oil pipeline in the world)".

Several media reported on Tuesday about this video by Neubauer.

AfD politician Beatrix von Storch explained in a video on Twitter that she had reported Neubauer because of the clip.

She warned of "climate terrorism".

Neubauer later clarified on Twitter that she was referring to the title of a book: "How to blow up a pipeline".

In another tweet on the subject, she wrote: "FINALLY people are talking about the EACOP pipeline, a 1443 km long climate-killing project in Africa."

She also pointed out that this pipeline was only planned so far.

"We want the construction plans to be called off," she wrote.
