A 30-year-old man has been arrested in Missouri, USA, after he shot the boss of a barbershop saying he didn't like his hairstyle.

According to foreign media such as CBS in the United States on the 10th local time, on the 2nd, at a barbershop in Kansas City, Missouri, guest Bernie Dickens (33) opened fire on President Drake Muff.

Dickens visited this barber shop on the 1st of the day, the day before the incident, and demanded "cut my hair at a discounted price."

The barber's clerk trimmed his hair saying "I see", but Dickens was angry that he didn't like the hair the barber had done.

"It's not that the employee didn't get a haircut, he did a good job," Murph, the owner of the barbershop, told CBS. "The customer just wanted a free haircut."

The next day, Dickens went back to the barbershop to find the barber who had been in charge of him.

Then Murph said, "The person in charge is away, so please sit down and wait."

Dickens reacted aggressively by screaming, then pulled out his gun and fired two shots at Muff.

As he ran out of his store, Murf was shot in the side but kept running and then fell while trying to jump over his fence.

Dickens, who followed, pointed a gun at Murph's head and pulled the trigger, but the gun didn't work.

A customer took advantage of this opportunity to steal Dickens' gun, and the other barbers followed and overpowered Dickens.

"It was a terrible situation with a gun pointed at my head," Murp said.

Upon examination at the hospital, it was found that the bullet lodged in Murph's side barely deflected the spine by 2.5 cm.

Murph thanked the customer for subduing the shooter by posting "the hero who saved my life" on his social media account.

Dickens, who shot Murph, was charged with first-degree assault and illegal use of weapons, and is currently in custody in Jackson County Jail.
