“Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Alexander Ivanovich Bastrykin instructed the investigative units to record and investigate all the facts of numerous shelling by the armed forces of Ukraine of residential buildings and civilian infrastructure in the city of Donetsk,” the agency’s website says.
It is noted that the attacks are made from MLRS and long-range artillery.
It is also reported that the artillery used was supplied to the Armed Forces of Ukraine by NATO countries.
On the evening of June 13, the DPR representative office at the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of the Ceasefire stated that Ukrainian troops fired 80 Grad missiles at Donetsk.
