“The Investigative Committee of Russia initiated a criminal case on the fact of the shelling of the territory of the Bryansk region by Ukrainian security forces,” the report says.
The case was initiated on the grounds of a crime under Part 3 of Art.
30, paras.
"a", "e", "g" part 2 of Art.
105 of the Criminal Code of Russia (“Attempt to kill two or more persons, committed in a generally dangerous way, by a group of persons by prior agreement”).
As the governor of the Bryansk region, Alexander Bogomaz, said earlier, as a result of the shelling by the Ukrainian army of the village of Zaimishche, six people were injured.
A video of the alleged explosion site has been posted on social media.
