A surreal scene occurred in Pithiviers (Loiret), this Monday.

His driver then got out to flee, abandoning the truck on the public highway, according to witnesses.

The incident occurred around 3:40 p.m.

It was local residents who contacted the municipal police who then went to the scene accompanied by city agents.

Enedis technicians were also present on the spot because the driver of the truck had damaged an electric pole.

The latter was found and then transported to the local gendarmerie brigade.

“It would be a trip error,” a source told our colleagues.

It was finally another driver from the same company who came to free the blocked vehicle.
