He recalled the wounding of civilians during the shelling of a number of districts of Donetsk.
“This morning, a market and a building were hit in Donetsk, a shell fell in a residential area in the city center.
Security concerns and bureaucratic obstacles prevent us from providing assistance in this region,” Dujarric said.
Earlier, the DPR representative office in the JCCC reported that the shelling of the Budyonnovsky district of Donetsk on June 13 was carried out from the Uragan MLRS with a high-explosive warhead.
According to the Ministry of Health of the DPR, 18 people were injured as a result of the shelling.
At the same time, the headquarters of the territorial defense of the DPR stated that three people were killed as a result of the shelling of the market in the Budyonnovsky district of the city by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
