In the case of social and popular solidarity in Iraq, the family of a sick child survived from selling their house in order to save the price of his treatment after activists and voluntary teams secured the collection of the amount required for his surgery, following the launch of a solidarity campaign.

The family of the child Muhammad Sadiq, who suffers from lung health problems that require surgical intervention outside Iraq, was forced to launch a campaign on social media platforms and use volunteer teams active in the humanitarian field in the city of Nasiriyah, the center of Dhi Qar governorate (southern the country), after learning that the cost of his treatment It reaches more than 100 million Iraqi dinars (equivalent to $70,000), as the family does not own this amount unless it sells its house.

Through a campaign on social media platforms, and a field one for volunteer teams, the efforts of activists and volunteers have resulted in collecting more than the required amount, and according to the accounts of the participants in the campaign, donors are still sending money to the child's family.

Hey, you are scared and tired, they won't rest with God, we will pay them 10 million, and they will come with good wages
