Another spark of conflict has arisen between the ruling and opposition parties who are sharply fighting over the issue of the composition of the National Assembly.

The ruling party protested when Rep. Jo Eung-cheon of the Democratic Party pushed for a bill to strengthen the National Assembly's control over government enforcement ordinances such as the presidential decree.

President Yoon Seok-yeol opposes the matter, saying it is unconstitutional.

This is a bill to amend the National Assembly Act to be proposed by Rep. Jo Eung-cheon of the Democratic Party.

If the executive decree made by the president does not match the purpose and content of the law, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly can request amendment or change.

Right now, the standing committee can only review it, but it is saying that the National Assembly will directly control the law by changing the law.

It was interpreted as the purpose of checking the creation of a detour instead of the National Assembly through the enactment of the enforcement ordinance.

The Democrats said they would consider whether to adopt the party opinion.

Even if the amendment passes, it is implied that the veto can be exercised.

The People's Power added that it was an attempt by the opposition party to dictate the parliamentary dictatorship to completely deprive the government of power following the closure of inspections.

[Kwon Seong-dong/People's Power Floor Leader: It is a riot from the majority party to seize the new government with a huge seat in every case.] In

a situation where negotiations to form a new government in the second half of the year are also experiencing difficulties, the amendment to the National Assembly Act launched by the opposition has made the confrontation between the ruling and opposition parties steeper. It emerged as a new variable to do.
