Accused of raping a woman on student day - trial of two men

One of the men had contact with the woman via the Snapchat app and invited her to party with him and his friend.

The woman says in interrogation that even before she got there she was careful to say that she did not want to "do anything" with them.

But what happened in the apartment differs between the three involved.

One of the men claims that they were only in the living room while the other says that they were also in the bedroom.

The woman says in interrogation that the two men poured alcohol on her and took turns raping her.

Reported to the police immediately

She is said to have left the apartment by calling a former boyfriend who sent a taxi.

Another friend is said to have picked her up in the taxi and helped her report the incident to the police immediately.

Although the two men's DNA was on the woman's lips, neck and underwear, they deny that anything happened in the apartment.

According to the preliminary investigation report, one of them says that "since they were at his house and his DNA is in the home, she may have gotten it on her panties by sitting on his sofa."
