Wanting to cool off, he jumped 15 meters from the top of the bridge overlooking the Seine,

Not seeing the victim come back up, witnesses alerted the emergency services.
Rescue divers were quickly dispatched to the scene.
They managed to bring the 30-something back to shore.
In cardiopulmonary arrest, he could not be saved.
Blind drunk
The police have opened an investigation to shed light on this tragic death.
According to the first elements, the victim, who left the hospital, was heavily alcoholic.
The man, who was with relatives at the time, would have taken off some clothes before jumping, to be less hot.
