Violent storms hit Seine-Maritime during the weekend of June 3 to 5.

These had caused major flooding and mudslides in several municipalities in the department.

During the bad weather, the firefighters had to intervene nearly 250 times in Seine-Maritime.

The city of Rouen had been particularly affected and a resident had lost her life.

A guarantee of compensation

Recognition of the state of natural disaster allows policyholders to benefit from a guarantee of compensation for damage suffered during the disaster, as indicated in
