The tension does not weaken between Kinshasa and Kigali against a backdrop of mutual accusations.

The Rwandan authorities accuse the FARDC of having fired rockets into its territory.

This is denied by the Congolese army, which in turn accuses the Rwandan forces of supporting the M23.

She even says she has videos taken from drones that would show the presence on Congolese soil of Rwandan soldiers.

These accusations go further.

Rwanda is charged with a war crime after damage to a school on Friday at a school in Buhumba, Rutshuru territory.

For Kinshasa, the school was bombed from Rwandan territory.

These bombs would have fallen in villages located a few kilometers from the headquarters of the Virunga National Park.

According to local civil society, the fighting continued until 6 p.m. Thursday in several other areas and moved closer to Bunagana, on the border with

Uganda

and not far from

Rwanda

.

These clashes caused new population displacements.

Thousands of people crossed the Ugandan border and others spent the night along the road, according to these same sources.

Two days earlier, a Monusco position had also been attacked and three blue helmets were injured.

The UN mission does not openly accuse Rwanda, but points the finger at the M23.

For its part, the Rwandan Army rejects all these accusations and reports that two rockets were fired from the Bunagana area in the DRC and reached Nyabigoma, in the Musanze district, without causing any damage.
