The sources pointed out that the militias repudiated the delivery of the revenues of the oil ships that entered the port of Hodeidah during the first truce period, estimated at more than 90 billion Yemeni riyals, and that international agreements stipulate the disbursement of employee salaries from those revenues.

In addition, the official Yemeni news agency “Saba” quoted the head of the Presidential Leadership Council, Rashad Al-Alimi, as confirming the leadership council’s commitment to the peace option in accordance with the national, regional and international references, despite the persistence of the Houthi militias in rejecting all efforts and good offices in this context, including the healing initiative in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to end the suffering of the Yemeni people and disturb peace and stability in the country.

During a visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Al-Alimi affirmed the council's determination to enhance the presence of the authorities, work from inside Yemen, and normalize the situation, with the generous support of the coalition to support legitimacy led by Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
