region , according to Adif sources have confirmed to Europa Press.

Among the passengers was the national leader of the Popular Party,

Alberto Núñez Feijóo

, who applauded "the patience and civility of the travellers".

"Let's see if another train picks us up soon and we get to

Córdoba

to have that sandwich," the political leader wrote in a message posted on Twitter.

The sources consulted have explained that the travelers have made a transfer to another train to reach the destination after being more than two and a half hours stopped at La Sagra.

Feijóo has planned, for this Saturday, a rally in Córdoba in which the Andalusian Minister of Health and Families,

and the president of the provincial PP,
