A stone “the size of a soccer ball”

In March 2021, one of the villa's employees had reported to state services that a stone "the size of a soccer ball" had almost landed on him when the basement had been pierced with dynamite.

According to him, "other constructions have been carried out for years in the same spirit, without permits or authorizations", relates the local daily.

A check was then carried out at the end of 2021 by the prefecture, which had noted several infractions.

The owners would then have wanted to regularize their situation by filing a permit application in May.

The prosecution has been alerted and is studying "the advisability of initiating proceedings or not".

The Direction of the territories and the sea (DDTM) indicated to the newspaper that this request of the Ukrainians "will have to pass by a special commission which is always particularly vigilant, especially when it is a question of regularizing works which were not previously authorized.
