Judicial information was recently opened against X for "non-declaration of an incident or accident" at the Tricastin nuclear power plant (Drôme), "endangering others" and "forgery and use of forgery" after the complaint filed in October 2021 against EDF by a site executive, AFP learned Thursday from a source familiar with the matter.
The investigation, confirmed to AFP by the Marseille prosecutor's office, will be carried out by an investigating judge from the city's public health center.
It relates to a dozen potential violations of the Penal Code and the Environmental Code for facts running from the beginning of 2017 to the end of 2021, according to a source familiar with the matter.
