A 29-year-old driver who drove his car into passers-by in Berlin on Wednesday killed a woman and injured 32 people in a psychiatric hospital on Thursday.

"Many elements suggest paranoid schizophrenia" in this German of Armenian origin, prosecutors' spokesman Sebastian Büchner told the press, excluding any terrorist motivation.
“There are indications that the suspect suffers from a psychic deficiency which is at the origin of his act yesterday (Wednesday)”, he also indicated, excluding an automobile accident.
