  All parties support Turkmenistan's initiative to formulate and adopt a resolution on the "Central Asia Zone of Peace, Confidence and Cooperation" at the UN General Assembly.

  All parties support the global development initiative and global security initiative proposed by China, believing that they are of great significance to the realization of the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

  All parties support Kazakhstan's initiative to transform the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia into an international organization.

  All parties emphasized that they should combat terrorism, separatism and extremism in any form, combat illegal trafficking in drugs, weapons and ammunition, and explosives, combat transnational organized crime, ensure international information security, strengthen border security, and jointly combat illegal immigration and human trafficking. , money laundering, economic crime and corruption remain the priority tasks for maintaining security and stability in the region.

  The parties noted the importance of holding a regular meeting on counter-terrorism and financing of terrorism within the framework of the Dushanbe Process (Dushanbe, 18-19 October 2022).

  All parties expressed that they should be vigilant against external forces interfering in regional affairs, and reiterated their determination to support the maintenance of security and stability of China and Central Asian countries.

  All parties pointed out that mediating the situation in Afghanistan as soon as possible is one of the key factors in maintaining and consolidating the security and stability of Central Asia.

  All parties stressed that they would continue to work with the international community to support all relevant countries and international organizations in their efforts to maintain peace and stability in Afghanistan, overcome the humanitarian crisis, rebuild social and economic infrastructure, and promote its integration into the world economic system, so as to achieve peace and reconciliation in Afghanistan.

  4. Cooperation on ecology, environmental protection, water resources and green development
