Investigative Committee of Russia will conduct an investigation into the shelling of Stakhanov by the Ukrainian military in the LPR

“Investigators of the Russian Investigative Committee, as part of the investigation of criminal cases, will establish the circumstances of the shelling by the armed formations of Ukraine of the city of Stakhanov, Lugansk People’s Republic,” the Telegram statement says.

It is noted that the investigators will give a legal assessment of "another fact of the commission of a crime by the Armed Forces of Ukraine."

Earlier it became known that the death toll during the shelling of the city of Stakhanov in the LPR by the Ukrainian military increased to 13.

During the attack, 19 houses, three educational institutions, as well as the building of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs were damaged.
