It was agreed that the bill to establish the "Children's Family Agency" would be passed at the plenary session on the 15th of next week at the end of the session.

The House of Councilors was scheduled to ask questions and vote on the bill on the 9th, but the Constitutional Democratic Party submitted a vote of no confidence in the Cabinet, so the deliberation was postponed by any of the committees.



Then, in response to the vote of no confidence, the Liberal Democratic Party and the Constitutional Democratic Party, the chairman of the House of Councilors, discussed the deliberation schedule of the bill in the future.



As a result, the bill to establish the "Children's Family Agency", which the government considers to be an important bill, will be questioned and voted by the Cabinet Committee on the 10th and 14th next week, and will be voted at the plenary session at the end of the session on the 15th. I agreed.



In addition, amendments to the Penal Code, which include the introduction of imprisonment for insults, were passed by the Legal Committee on the 10th and will be passed at the plenary session on the 13th of the week.



Furthermore, it was agreed that the settlement committee will be held on the afternoon of the 13th regarding the settlement of accounts for the second year of Reiwa, and that Prime Minister Kishida and all ministers will be asked to attend and ask questions.
