According to the SPARK-Interfax business monitoring service, on May 4 this year, Demyan Kudryavtsev and his wife Yana Mozel-Kudryavtseva ceased to be the owners of Yasno Publishing LLC.

The new owners of the former asset of Kudryavtsev were two individuals - Sergey Igorevich Maloedov and Albert Faritovich Filinov.

Maloyedov was not previously seen in any joint business projects with Demyan Kudryavtsev, he is registered as an individual entrepreneur in the city of Fryazino, Moscow Region.

Specialization - trade in food products and tobacco.

Albert Filinov, who owns 30% of the authorized capital of Yasno Publishing since May 4, 2022, according to the business monitoring system, was the founder and CEO of many companies, in particular the Cityline provider, where Kudryavtsev began the Russian track of his career after returning from Israel in 1995.

Filinov and Kudryavtsev are also connected through joint ownership of shares in another company, OOO Etical.

Kudryavtsev still retains a share of 8.7% there.

Filinov was the CEO of the company in the past and had a 13.53% stake in the company.

According to the SPARK analysis, Yasno Publishing's revenue for 2021 amounted to just over 143.6 million rubles, net profit exceeded 10.2 million rubles.

The company also until recently published the National Geographic magazine in Russia (later Walt Disney suspended the publication of the magazine and its other licensed projects in Russia).

In addition to publishing activities, Yasno Publishing LLC participated in government tenders in a number of Russian regions.

For the most part, contracts were concluded for the provision of various services for information support of image projects in the tourism sector.
