It was just after seven on Wednesday morning when an alarm about smoke development from a barn in Orrbäcken south of Skellefteå came in to SOS Alarm.
It was a neighbor who had discovered the smoke and called.
When the rescue service arrived, the building was already on fire so they decided to let it burn down.
Reporter Patrik Samuelsson was on site shortly afterwards;
- The barn has basically burned down.
The rescue service has laid a hose around the building and let it burn down in a controlled way.
The barn was used as storage and no animals or people were nearby.
There is no risk of spreading.
