The investigation commission on the espionage to the president of the Community of Madrid, Isabel Díaz Ayuso, in the Madrid City Council has opened an even greater gap in the municipal government.

While the PP accuses Ciudadanos of joining the "circus of the left", the orange formation points to two councilors from the nucleus near Almeida.

Specifically, the Councilor for Housing and president of the Municipal Housing and Land Company (EMVS), Álvaro González, who, in the report of the commission's conclusions, approved by Más Madrid, PSOE and Ciudadanos,

says that "he failed to comply the company's Code of Ethics when initiating an investigation, not being competent to do so".

"

This measure is exclusively reserved for the Ethics Committee through the complaints channel, where he should have appeared as a complainant

, Mr. David Fernández as a defendant, appearing as a complaint the information received from an attempt to hire a detective agency for purposes totally unrelated to the EMVS", continues the text written by the two parties on the left, which PP and Vox have voted against and has had the abstention of Recupera Madrid.

The second mentioned is the Environment and Mobility delegate, Borja Carabante, who is exposed in the text that

"exceeded his functions and powers by accompanying the Housing delegate to the meeting at the EMVS headquarters

, dependent on the Delegated Area of Urban Development, where, in addition to questioning an employee of this public company, its Press Officer, in relation to the facts, asked and was informed of the accounting and administrative statements in relation to the possible hiring of detectives for purposes completely unrelated to those of the EMVS".

The report states that "many obstacles have been put in place to learn the truth" about the espionage and that the commission

"could have reached much more truth and many open questions" with the documentation provided

.

"Regarding the documentation requested by the Municipal Groups, it should be noted that, although the EMVS fulfilled its duty, this has not been the case with the EMT or with the General Coordination of the Mayor's Office, as we will see later in section 4 of this opinion".

For this reason, the municipal groups understand, that in this case "the definitive answer will still be pending."

"And all this despite the express commitment of José Luis Martínez-Almeida that "every member of the PP would appear in commission"".

From the PP, its spokesman on the commission, José Fernández, has assured that the parties that have supported this opinion of conclusions

"do not respect two independent bodies made up of professionals unrelated to politics" and "set up a circus" because "they had the conclusions made".

"None of those appearing has been able to prove that public money is used. None of the exemplary lessons", he pointed out in his speech.

In a similar line, the spokesman for Vox, Pedro Fernández, who has been especially harsh with Ciudadanos, has been shown:

"Citizens embrace the left, dedicate themselves to crushing people and police the machine to crush people."

For his part, the Urban Development delegate and spokesperson for Ciudadanos, Mariano Fuentes, has pointed out that his party has a "bittersweet feeling" because due to "the absences" of those appearing such as Ayuso or Ángel Carromero "the facts have not been clarified" .

"We know that there was no consumption of public resources, but we do not know if this occurred during the course of the information coming to light

", he remarked.

"We are certain that unanimity could have been reached if all the people had come, especially the president of the Community of Madrid.

What has become clear is the malpractice in the way of proceeding

", he concluded.
