He stressed that in connection with this, Serbia needs to invest additional funds in gas.
“The gas agreement is signed on Friday,” RIA Novosti quotes the words of the Serbian leader on the air of Serbian Radio and Television.
Vučić also pointed out that the entire world is facing an energy crisis.
“America is declaring a state of emergency over electricity.
In Switzerland, there is actually a state of emergency due to electricity,” he said.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin and Vučić agreed during a telephone conversation that Russia would continue uninterrupted gas supplies to Serbia.
According to the Serbian leader, he has reached an agreement on a "favorable" price for Russian gas supplies.
