The development is a special lunch box with natural products.

It is noted that such a lunch will be in demand at the university and in the office.

“The composition includes a bar of carrot puree, tomato paste, freeze-dried meat, freeze-dried onion, psyllium, dried garlic and pepper, basil, spelled flakes, rice flour,” explained team leader Anastasia Hovsepyan.

In addition, the box includes dessert balls made from date paste, freeze-dried strawberries, almond flour, wheat flakes, coconut oil and hazelnuts.

There is also a drink with the addition of blackcurrant powder, erythritol, monk fruit and pectin, the developers said.

One serving contains 15% of daily protein, provides 50% of the need for dietary fiber and covers 80% of the daily requirement for vitamins and trace elements.

In addition, domestic raw materials are used for the production of the lunch box.
