Mohammed bin Rashid announces the launch of the "Generation Schools" project

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, announced the launch of the first educational transformation projects "Generational Schools", a model among various models that will be launched.

His Highness said in a tweet on the social networking site "Twitter": "After the recent structural changes adopted by my brother the President of the State for the education sector, the first educational transformational projects, "Generation Schools", are launched today, which is a model among various models that will be launched, as it runs acclaimed private educational institutions. Some government schools are efficient. We are targeting 14,000 students within this model."

His Highness added: "Schools of generations will be launched with national curricula supervised by the School Education Institution, such as Arabic language and Islamic education, in addition to international curricula in science and mathematics supervised by highly qualified private educational institutions. The cost of the student will be fully covered by the government. A step will be followed by steps to develop our schools and education."
