The Bryansk region of the Russian Federation is now officially twinned with the city of Bryanka of the Luhansk People's Republic," he wrote. 

Previously, St. Petersburg and Mariupol became sister cities. 

The corresponding cooperation agreement was signed by the governor of St. Petersburg Alexander Beglov and the head of the Donetsk People's Republic Denis Pushilin on May 24.
