The Presidency of State Security in Saudi Arabia stated that the member states of the Terrorist Financing Targeting Center, including the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, jointly designated the names of financiers of terrorism.
According to a statement by the Saudi State Security, the list of terrorism includes 16 names, including 13 individuals and 3 entities belonging to organizations it describes as "terrorist".
The targeted names included 3 individuals associated with the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, and 4 individuals and one company associated with the Islamic State.
The list also included 6 financiers affiliated with the "Boko Haram" group, in addition to the Al-Ashtar and Al-Mukhtar Brigades.
These classifications coincide with the 5th anniversary of the establishment of the Terrorist Financing Targeting Center.
